How long does a project take?
Most reach production between two and eight weeks from kickoff. A focused single use case lands at the short end. A full production solution with integration into several systems lands at the long end. Larger programmes are cut into slices that each ship.
Do we need our data sorted first?
No. Assessing and organising the data is usually the first part of the work, and it is the part most companies cannot do alone.
Do you only work with large enterprises?
No. Our 80/20 delivery model exists so that smaller organisations can afford solutions built to an enterprise standard.
Will our data stay in Australia?
Yes. Solutions are deployed in Australian cloud regions and client data does not leave the country.
Who actually touches our data?
Our leadership and client-facing team is in Brisbane, and some of our delivery engineers sit offshore. Everyone works inside your environment under scoped, logged access that is revoked at the end of the engagement, and your data stays in Australian regions regardless of who is working on it. If you need an onshore-only delivery team, tell us early and we will scope it that way.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Usually yes. We integrate with the ERP, CRM, file and line of business systems you already run rather than replacing them.
What does it cost?
It depends on the shape of the work: a fixed price for defined delivery, a monthly subscription for the data platform, or a day rate for embedded engineers. You get the number before work starts, and we will tell you if the budget does not fit the problem.
Who owns what we build?
You own the solution, its source code, its documentation, its infrastructure and your data. The underlying Aether platform components remain ours. We set that out in writing before you sign.

That is the conversation worth having. We will give you an honest answer, including no.
